Cancellation Policy

Returns & Exchange Policy
Every piece undergoes a rigorous inspection for weaving defects or damage before shipment.
We accept returns only if the item received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description on our website.
Note: Minor variations in color or texture are inherent to hand-woven silk and are not considered defects.
If you believe you have received a defective item, you must notify us within [e.g., 48 hours] of delivery. Please provide: Your order number. Clear, high-quality photographs and an open box video showing the defect.
Upon verification, we will offer you a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a full refund.
If a return is approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label or instructions for returning the item via our preferred courier. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Orders requested with fall-and-pico stitching or customization are final sale and non-returnable as they are tailored to your requirements.
